Refund Policy



 

At Phorvi Real Estate Media, we take pride in delivering professional real estate photography,

videography, and related digital media services. Because our products are provided

electronically and can be downloaded or duplicated, all sales are final once media has been

delivered.

 

When Refunds Are Not Available
 

- Refunds will not be issued after delivery of digital media, since files cannot be returned once

shared.
 

- Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction based on personal preference, such as staging

choices, décor, or the condition of the property. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the

property is photo-ready at the scheduled time.
 

- If the client requests a cancellation or rescheduling outside the allowed notice period, no

refund will be issued, and additional fees may apply.

When Refunds May Be Considered

- A refund may only be considered if Phorvi Real Estate Media fails to deliver the agreed-upon

services outlined in the order.

- If an error occurs on our part, we will provide corrections or reshoots at no additional cost

before considering a refund.

- In cases where a refund is approved, it will be issued only for the portion of services not

completed or delivered.

Additional Information

​

- If a property is not photo-ready or requires a return visit for reasons outside of our control,

additional fees will apply and no refund will be granted.

​

- Deposits, if collected, are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future booking at our

discretion.

​

- All refunds, if granted, will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10

business days.
